Abstract : This research aims to study the extent of carrying out the planning of the current household income by the working women in order to face the retirement stage in the future. The study also aims to enlighten the working woman regarding the concept of the retirement stage and the problems and difficulties emerging in that period, besides seeking methods to overcome such difficulties. The researcher applied in this study the analytical descriptive method which analysis the phenomenon quantitatively and qualitatively. The research consists of the following five chapters: Chapter one: Includes introduction, the research problem and research terminology. Chapter two: The referential review which contains the following sections: Section one: The previous researches and studies in both Arabic and English languages. Section two: The administrative operations and directing. Section three: the families’ financial income. Section four: Saving and Investment. Section five: Retirement, its concept, stages and the problems resulting from retirement and of adaptation in this period. Chapter three: The research procedure which includes the fields, method, tools of the study beside the questionnaire distribution and the data collection. Chapter five: discussion and conclusion.
